ALL SALES FINAL
Every purchase at Old Charleston Trading Company is a Final Sale. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for items sold by phone or in our showroom. This includes, but is not limited to, custom orders, and clearance items. Please inspect all merchandise carefully before purchasing. We encourage customers to ask any questions they may have about the product before finalizing their purchase.
Our collection is sourced from small workshops and suppliers worldwide. The expense of reverse logistics makes returns impractical, and this policy allows us to pass on better pricing to our customers.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, but All Sales Are Final.
Before You Buy
To make sure your purchase is a perfect fit, please consider:
Product Details: Review photos, descriptions, and specs carefully. Many items are artisan-made; subtle variations and small imperfections are normal and part of the character.
Color & Texture: Finishes, fabrics, and textures may appear slightly different in person versus on a screen. Always follow the included care instructions.
Size & Scale: Confirm dimensions and measure your space (and doorways!) prior to purchase. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help with sizing questions.
Customer Pick-up
Customers are responsible for the following:
Securing product for transportation when picking up merchandise. This includes proper use of rope or tie down straps to secure the furniture.
Any damage caused to the customer’s vehicle from loading or during transit.
Force loading of product
Any damage to merchandise that occurs during transit/transportation
Inspection of furniture upon pick-up and before loading.
Customer must inspect all merchandise before loading of merchandise. Once the merchandise had been picked up from Old Charleston Trading Company, we will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during transit or assembly of merchandise.
Damages & Warranty
If your items are received in Factory sealed cartons, and is damaged, notify us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss next steps. Warranty coverage, if any, is provided by the item’s manufacturer and follows their specific terms.
