Originally from New York, our family has called South Carolina home for over 30 years—and the Lowcountry has truly shaped the way we live, design, and do business.
Old Charleston Trading Company is proudly family owned and operated, built from the ground up with a love for beautiful furniture and even better conversations.
We opened our doors in 2016 with a simple goal: to offer a different kind of furniture shopping experience—one that feels personal, soulful, and full of discovery. You won’t find typical pieces or pushy sales tactics here. What will you find? Solid wood furniture with character, handmade coastal décor, and a warm welcome every time you walk through our door.
As longtime residents of Seabrook Island, we draw inspiration from the laid-back charm of Lowcountry life. That coastal spirit flows through everything we do—from our reclaimed wood dining tables and sustainable sideboards to the one-of-a-kind accents and local art we proudly showcase.
